The Problem

The auto-renewal is the enemy

Enterprise contracts do not leak by accident. They renew before anyone remembers, ownership is fuzzy, and the notice window closes while the decision is still on someone's list.

Why renewals get away
30 days

typical notice window, often missed by a week

12 months

you owe once the deadline passes

Based on Nicklpass customer deployments

The most expensive contract in the company is the one nobody was assigned to.

What You Get

Contracts, owners, and deadlines you can actually see

Nicklpass keeps the commercial facts of every subscription in one record, next to the usage and spend behind it.

A renewal is a decision with a deadline attached. Miss the deadline and it stops being a decision.

How It Works

Connect finance, then let the calendar work for you

Contracts resolve from the charges you already make, so the record builds itself.

01

Connect finance

Link bank, card, and QuickBooks through Plaid. Nicklpass resolves vendors and recurring charges into subscriptions with real amounts.

02

Assign owners and terms

Add the notice window, term, and owner for each contract once. Everything after that is tracked against those dates.

Decide before the window closes

Nicklpass surfaces what is coming up, what it costs, and how much of it is actually used, while there is still time to cancel or renegotiate.

The deadline you would otherwise miss

Nicklpass agents watch notice windows, flag renewals where contracted seats far exceed active users, and chase contracts that have lost their owner. Every action is logged with what it saved.

The Result

Nothing renews before you say yes

The contract calendar stops being a surprise and starts being a schedule.

Trackevery renewal date and notice window in one place
Assigna real owner to every contract
Alertbefore the cancellation deadline, not after it
Comparecontracted seats against active users
Revokeaccess the moment someone leaves
Negotiatewith adoption data instead of guesswork
What this is not

Nicklpass does not sign, store, or interpret your contracts for you, and it is not legal advice. It tracks the commercial facts that decide whether a renewal is a good idea: dates, owners, amounts, seats, and how much of it your people actually use.

Questions

Straight answers

Where do the contract dates come from?

Recurring charges resolve automatically from your connected finance accounts, which gives you the vendor, amount, and cadence. Notice windows and term dates are added once per contract, and everything after that is tracked against them.

What if a contract was bought outside procurement?

If it is being paid for through a connected account, it shows up. Charges on personal cards that get reimbursed through expenses surface the same way.

Can Nicklpass cancel a subscription for us?

It removes access and reclaims seats. Cancelling a contract with a vendor is still your action, taken before the notice window closes, with the numbers you need already assembled.

Does this work alongside our procurement tool?

Yes. Nicklpass adds the usage and access side that procurement systems do not hold, which is the part that decides whether a renewal is worth signing.

How far ahead do we get warned?

As far ahead as the notice window requires, plus room to make a decision. The alert is timed to the deadline that actually binds you, not to the renewal date itself.
